  4. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 30-40mins with pan inside.
  5. An hour before baking, fold the dough 12 times on itself. Grab the edge, pull up and fold over, turn the bowl 90 degrees and repeat.
  6. Sprinkle flour in another bowl and transfer the dough. Add flour on top. Cover the dough for another 45mins.
  7. Cook for 30-45mins. When done leave sit covered with a dishcloth for 10-15mins.
