Instructions to make Cheese Bread: Cheese Pide:
- Take a big mixing bowl add 1/2 cup lukewarm water add sugar & yeast whisk well then add oil whisk again. Add flour & salt mix well then Knead well and make a nice soft dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth or cling film and keep in a warm place for about an hour until the dough has doubled in size..
- Now remove the dough to a floured surface dust some dry flour and Knead it again well & divide the dough 4 equal portions and make a ball shaped cover and set aside about 15-20 mins. Take a one ball and roll out the dough long Oval shape brush with olive oil and then roll the edges only left and right sides (showing in pictures) press down well. Press & twist the both end sides well (showing in pictures)..
- Transfer all pide in Baking tray with parchment paper cover and rest about 15-20 mins. First spread Philadelphia or Cream cheese with help of spoon then spread grated Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese. Brush with egg wash sprinkle some chilli flakes. Bake pre-heated oven to 200°C / 450°F in middle rack 10-15 mins or till nice golden colour or reached your desire colour. Serve Hot ♨️ with soup or your favourite sauces. Enjoy ! 🍽.
