- Tore bread slices in small cubes or chunks in a deep bowl.I use whole slice without removing sides. Pour milk over it & let them soak in milk for 10 minutes.press with spoon to get good soaking.
- Add eggs,melted butter and sugar in bread batter.mix well.add vanilla esence or any essance you have. Add raisins & chopped almonds.
- Grease a tube pan with oil and dry flour.pour batter in pan. Bake at 180°c for 30 min.check after 30 min by inserting a toothpick. If it comes clean not moist then pudding is ready. If not then keep for more time.
- When pudding is ready.turn it out on a plate.you can see its fully cooked from bottom without burning..
