  6. Then heat the oven for 230c. We are going to cook for 5minutes first, so its not soggy when we add the topping. See below:.
  7. Now, use fork to poke the dough all over, then bake without topping for 5 minutes. Take it out..
  8. Brush the remaining olive oil on the surface of dough all over. Top the pizza with toppings: I start with a bit of cheese, toppings and more cheese. You can drizzle more oil if you want on top..
  9. Put it back to the oven for another 15-20 minutes till the cheese is bubbly. Depend on your oven.
  10. To Make caramelised onion ****. In hot pan add olive oil, add the onion and bit of salt. Stir fry in medium heat. Add the sugar. Keep stirring in low heat till caramelised. Turn off and set aside..
  11. To make spicy mince beef **** in hot pan, fry the garlic then put the mince beef, it will have water came out. When water start to drain, put the chilli powder, salt, sugar and pepper. Make sure all dry so al the spice marinated into the beef. Set aside..
