- Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Add grinded bread and salt and make a dough..
- Now take a portion of potato dough and make a ball of this dough. Press this ball on your palms and flatten it. Place the stuffing ball on it and cover it with the edges and make it round..
- Like wise make all the balls. Now heat cooking oil in a wok and place ball in it and deep fry on all sides till golden brown..
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup..
